The Hoodoogang's Biography

The Hoodoogang is a Belgian blues band founded in the end of 2002 and well known in the best Benelux blues venues. In a little bit more than two years they have already produced and published three full CD’s, containing only original compositions: Busted Sessions (2004), Go Ahead ‘n’ Scratch! (2005) and Hoodoo Deluxe (2006). These are combined with their own versions of other blues classics, like BB King or Stevie Ray Vaughan, during their powerful live shows.

The Hoodoogang are:

• El Grande (shouter)
• Fernando Neris (guitar and lap steel)
• Geert Zonderman (bass)
• Raf Devlieghere (drums).

The Hoodoogang est un groupe de blues belge fondé fin 2002 et assez connu dans les meilleurs clubs du Benelux. En trois ans ils ont déjà produit et publié trois CD comprenant uniquement des compositions originales: « Busted Sessions » (2004), « Go ahead ‘n’ Scratch! » (2005) et « Hoodoo Deluxe » (2006). Durant leurs captivants spectacles ces chansons sont combinées avec leurs propres versions des classiques du blues, du BB King ou Stevie Ray Vaughan, entre outres.

The Hoodoogang, een belgische bluesband onstaan eind 2002 en nu al vrij bekend bij vele bluesclubs en -festivals in de Benelux. In iets meer dan 2 jaar slaagden ze erin reeds 3 eigen cd’s op de markt te brengen, die enkel en alleen eigen werk bevatten : Busted Sessions (2004), Go ahead ‘n’ Scratch! (2005) en Hoodoo Deluxe (2006). Deze nummers en herwerkte songs van o.a. BB King of Stevie Ray Vaughn krijgt U te horen tijdens hun energieke live concerten.
